The Forest for the Trees

I was drawn to this quote today.

So I paired it with a shot from my trip up Granite Peak at the Rib Mountain State Park on Saturday, September 29th. We enjoyed truly spectacular views of central Wisconsin before the leaves had fallen.

Enjoy!

What a lovely photo and a wondferful quote! The park sounds like a great place to visit.

This morning was very humid after a rain the night before. The trees glowed with lovely autumn colors as the sun rays hit them just so. But now the wind is blowing fiercly, rain pouring down in sheets, and there are talks of tornadoes. Ahhhh, Kansas!
