"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler."
~Albert Einstein
I came across a blog post by Sherry at Everyday Possibilities {don’t you just love the name of that blog? Truthfully, I sometimes pick blogs to follow because of the name…}
She is part of a blogging ring that is writing today about the simple things in life that give them pleasure, and to give thanks for those simple things by writing a list. The host of this challenge is Christina at Soul Aperture {another great blog name}.
I thought that it was such a great idea, I wanted to play along as well.

This is just what I came up with in a short 10 minutes {okay...so I'm a fast typist!}.
What are you most thankful for?
What are the simple things that give your heart joy?
Do tell! And I encourage you to make your own Simple Things list on your blog!

Erin, I'm SO glad you decided to join in!!! I'm in awe of and in love with your list. You had so many things on here that I too count as simple pleasures and had forgotten all about, starting with watching clouds drift by....and I love how you enjoy going to your favourite coffee place for your liquid cup of courage (that cracked me up!!). I'm bookmarking this list so I can go back to it again and again.
You've made my day -- this list, your comments -- this is truly a simple pleasure in my life today! ♥
Love your list, thanks for sharing! My favorite is the last one!!! Oh my, that is really beautiful!
So many things to enjoy each day! I love old skeleton keys! Your pumpkins are awesome!!
This is stunning. I wish I could boil life down and appreciate the bounty of simple things. I don't think I could capture them as well as you have here.
My absolute favorite?
"exhaling “I love you” to my husband just as I fall asleep"
This is one of my favorite things too. My close second? Giggles. It seems like you have saved the best things for last.
this is so beautiful and just what I needed! Love the diorama. Where were you when I needed help making mine in 3rd grade? Off to check out this new blog :)
